Jimmy Woodall, CPA

Jimmy leads CRI’s Risk and Controls practice, which gives him the opportunity to help clients find solutions to the problems their businesses face. He assists organizations across multiple industries with risk identification, assessment, and resolution. He has extensive experience in enterprise risk management and internal audit that includes consulting on governance; risk assessment; internal controls; process improvement; fraud investigation; regulatory compliance; and monitoring. He also performs examinations of controls at service organizations (SOC 1, 2, and 3) and provides business valuations to small businesses. As the firm’s Consulting Service Line Leader, Jimmy’s duties also include quality control, engagement consultation, standardization of tools and processes, and development of training programs for professional staff.
Tom Carmichael, CPA
Partner, Commercial Products Industry Line Leader @CRI Tifton
As the industry line leader for CRI’s Commercial Products industry line, Tom primarily works with clients in the manufacturing, construction, and agribusiness industries. He provides them with a range of audit, tax planning, and consulting services. Tom is driven to create value for his clients by identifying complex challenges and offering innovative solutions.
